Liza Shtromberg, Jewelry Textured With the Western Wall Imprint

Liza Shtromberg is a Los Angeles based artist born in Moscow and raised in both Russia and Israel. As a child, she helped her father create wax molds for fine jewelry castings in his jewelry gallery in the old quarter of Jaffo, Israel. Liza moved with her family to California when she was 16 and sold her handmade jewelry on the streets of Los Angeles. Today, Liza owns two shops in California and wholesales her designs around the world. She has a loyal clientele of both stylists and celebrities including Rachel Weisz, Nelly Furtado, and Kiefer Sutherland.

For Liza, "Jewelry is more than an accessory; it’s a religious token, a treasured family heirloom passed down from mother to daughter, a glittering status symbol, a currency, a memento, a talisman, an expression of love. Ultimately, jewelry is an expression of self." In Lizaís Hebrew collection, each piece is textured with an imprint from the Western Wall of the Jewish Temple in Jerusalem to make each pendant deeply meaningful.
