Carriere uses the ancient art of lost-wax casting for her collectable pieces.
Her romantic, yet edgy style, features fresh takes on Old World symbolism. Working
in her Silverlake, California studio, she finds inspiration in nature, architecture
and paintings. In Ameryís new line of wraps, she features a simple Star of David
made in sterling silver or brass, which is featured in the center of a richly
colored sari wrap or silk wrap cord. A modern evil eye and a large hamsa are also part of her collection. The deep hues and bright colors of the wraps
make the bracelet a fun and bold fashion statement.
