View our SSL security certificate. 30 Day Return Policy If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt. You will receive a full refund minus the shipping charge. Please contact us to advise us of the return at 917-450-4434. Return the item in its original condition for a prompt exchange or refund. Please see below for exceptions to our 30-day return policy. Items That are not Returnable Personalized items are not returnable. If you requested a personalized bookend with a specific Haftorah portion, or a personalized glass or brass plate mounted to an item, it cannot be returned. All rings cannot be returned. The rings are custom made just for you in Israel and cannot be returned. Any item that shows signs of use or has been engraved, altered, or damaged will not be accepted for a return. Return Policy for Watches All of our watches are made to order for the customer. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the watch for a 10% restocking fee. There is no fee to exchange the watch. We Ship Overseas We are happy to ship to any country, however, please note that many countries have import taxes, even on items that are a gift. This will delay the receipt of your item, even if you request express mail shipping. Jewish Gift Place is not responsible for the import taxes charged on the items. Express Shipping We can ship items for overnight delivery ONLY if we have the item in stock. If you would like an item shipped overnight, please call us at 917-450-4434 to confirm that we have the item in stock. How to Return Your Item Ship your package back by United States Postal Service or a carrier of your choice. Insure the package for the full value of the merchandise. Returns must be properly packaged. Keep your shipping receipt until the credit for your return appears on your credit card statement. It will take approximately 15 days for us to receive and process your return. We'll credit or refund the price of the merchandise including any taxes you were charged (excluding shipping and handling). Allow two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your credit card statement.
