Artist Tamara Baskin is known worldwide for her amazing fused glass artwork. Her collection of Hanukkah dreidels is incredibly unique and exquisitely vibrant. Crafted from multi-colored dichroic glass, Tamara Baskin's Hanukkah dreidels are decorated with silver Hebrew lettering. As is customary, the dreidel bears the letters Nun, Gimel, Hay, and Shin standing for "Nes Gadol Hayah Shom," a great miracle happened there, referring, of course, to the miracle in the Temple for which Hanukkah is celebrated. Each dreidel stem is topped with a handmade glass bead. This Cobalt Dreidel with Brilliant Glass is visually stunning. The deep cobalt blue dreidel is framed by four corners, each shaded in a different color -- orange, blue, green and pink. No two are exactly alike, and each Cobalt Dreidel is signed by the artist.
