New Artist Adaya Inspired by Art Nouveau and Ancient Cultures - 10/18/12

Hello!

My friend, Jill, and I were in Israel with our families at the same time this summer. The first time I saw her after we returned, she was wearing a gorgeous hamsa necklace. Since I am always on the lookout for beautiful, handmade Judaica, I had to know where Jill got it from - the Mamilla Mall in Jerusalem and the artist was Adaya. I tracked down Adaya and I'm thrilled to introduce our newest artist to you! Adaya was founded in 1993 by sisters Maya Reiten and Dina Twaig.

I absolutely LOVE Adaya's jewelry. Their Judaica jewelry, including hamsas, Star of Davids, and menorah necklaces are made from beads and Swarovski crystals and are made from the most beautiful color combinations and gentle curves and designs.
