Handcrafted Matzah Plates

When the Jews were freed from slavery in Egypt, they had to make haste and flee as fast as they could. There was no time to allow their unleavened bread to rise. They put the bread in their baskets and it was baked hard by the desert sun as they journeyed to freedom. This thin, flat cracker-like bread is a traditional part of the Passover feast and is served on a matzah plate.
