Artist Gary Rosenthal was commissioned to create this Limited Edition New Orleans Streetcar Tzedakah Box by a member of the New Orleans Jewish community to thank the many friends of New Orleans who have contributed their time, energy, and financial resources to rebuild the community after Hurricane Katrina. Created in the likeness of New Orleans' famous trolleys, these tzedakah boxes feature a stunning gold screenprint on fused glass and mixed metals. Gary Rosenthal will donate 10% of his proceeds to the New Orleans Jewish Federation. Each tzedakah box is signed and numbered by Gary Rosenthal.
