Artist Emily Rosenfeld, known for her distinctive work in pewter design, adds a new dimension to her craft with the combination of pewter and spalted maple wood. This stunning Tree of Life Hannukah menorah is unlike anything you have seen before! The spalted maple comes from trees that have already fallen to the forest floor and their unique patterning comes from the decomposition process. Just as each piece of wood has its own unique texture, each also has its own shape. Emily keeps the living edge of the maple to reinforce the organic nature of the material, which so beautifully echoes the Tree of Life theme of the menorah. The spalted wood sits upon two pewter legs and the affixed pewter plaque is decorated with a vibrant tree of life and a Hebrew blessing.
